All unused deposits can be refunded back to original sender’s accounts.
It’s possible to request a refund from your personal profile page:
- Log in to your profile on our web site: https://www.auctionexport.com/en/Profile/LogIn
- Go to QUICK LINKS section – Refund payment option.
3.You’ll see payments available for the refund, click on Request a refund, fill out required information and submit your request.
4. Note Refund Payment button will appear in 14 days after your payment is applied. If you need to request a refund earlier, please send email to info@auctionexport.com.
Our agents will contact you back for more details in a case of need.
After approval it’ll take about 5-7 business days for you to receive refund by bank wire and 5 business days for the credit card refund.
