AuctionExport team provides services related to vehicle searching, purchasing and shipping. We try to do our best to satisfy our customers’ needs, but there are some circumstances beyond our control.
Auction delays
If you purchased a car from an auction we need to receive the title/ownership for the vehicle, but as for auction rules the seller has up to 30 days to give it to us. Thus sometimes it may cause significant delays as we can’t pick up the car without the ownership.
Ground transportation delays
There are some cases when ground transportation companies can’t meet their delivery terms, because of seasonal low traffic volume or bad weather conditions. Please note that other potential delays can occur from truck breakdowns which are rare but unavoidable.
Port delays
Sometimes there is lack of available containers due to the bad weather in a winter. Such conditions usually cause delays in shipping. Besides, NJ customs overburdened due to very high volume, and delays with documentation are not uncommon.
Despite all reasons for delay we make all the impossible things to deliver vehicles to our clients within 45 or 60 days period.
